A clear, continuous unboxing video (without cuts) must be recorded while opening the parcel.

The video should clearly show the package seal, product, and issue.

Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
