Returns or replacements are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To raise a return or replacement request:

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video (without cuts) must be recorded while opening the parcel.

  • The video should clearly show the package seal, product, and issue.

  • Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Please note:

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind, color preference, or size expectations.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.

Once approved, the replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
